Asked for marbling as shown in the reference picture I gave them - they said they could do it. They couldn’t. Instead of actual marbling I got ugly streaks.

Didn’t even shape my nails, it looks like a bunch of blobs on my nail.

Aggressive as can be during the acrylic application process, repeatedly dug their own nails into my cuticles, dug the sander into the sides of my nails rather than on the acrylic.

Looks NOTHING like what I asked for. Then had the audacity to say “omg it’s done, it looks amazing!” No. It doesn’t, it looks nothing like what I asked. If it looked like what I asked I would’ve even tipped another £20

I’ll never go back there again, rude and clearly don’t like it when you go there for a infill, burnt me 3 times and can clearly see the barrier between old nail and new

I have been coming to nail design in dunmow for several years. Always easy to book via Hannah and Emma is fantastic at doing my gel polish which always lasts up to 4 weeks. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love how quick Emma is doing my nails and I am always happy when I leave.

I have been going to Nail Design for nearly 12 years. Hannah is the most professional nail technician. My nails look amazing with so many colours and techniques to choose from. I also have pedicures and really enjoy my treatment. My nails are done super fast and I cannot rate all the staff high enough for their caring and professionalism
