Google Always a perfect service. Have been coming here religiously for years and I am never disappointed with my acrylics or gel toes. Staff are always lovely! Also love that they stick to appointment times and never over book and make people wait like other salons.

Google Came here on a whim from a recommendation but won’t be coming back. Asked for a simple full set of acrylics with a clear top coat in the square shape. Every nail was uneven and the lengths did not match. It felt as if the tech just wanted me out even though I was the only customer… I’ve got multiple cuts along my cuticles as the tech was really rough and did not prep my nails properly.
Owner Response:
Hi, I don’t know what are you comment about. Have you got any evidence of our work? We can’t believe how bad we do your nails like what you said. Even we closed our eyes we still can do even up your nails. One more we are all experience here so how come we can be rough with your nails bed.

Google Ignorant on the phone, hang up straight away without answering a question. “Sorry I don’t understand you”. Avoid these disgusting humans.
Owner Response:
Hi, I’m so sorry for that misunderstanding. Our phone line in our area isn’t good with reception. So maybe we couldn’t hear what you said on the phone then we hung up to let you call back hopely the line will be better to hear. Can’t be too sensitive like what you think we are. We are such very nice people hopely we can have nice clients too. Thank you

Google Went for a pedicure and asked for gel nails. Colour was put on and after one day the colour has totally come off. Clearly lied to me as to what they done and charged me for gel nails. If they did this fraud with me then I am sure they do with others. Never to go there again. Would give zero stars.
Owner Response:
Hi, sorry to missed your review untill today I read it. I don’t know what was happened to yours but normally our gel nails seem to last forever. Never have any complain by clients about gel nails. Even the original colour also last aswell. You mind your language to comment about that isn’t true. We are more than 25 experienced in nails we know what we are doing. In that case just give us a call then we will had a look and sort it out for you. Such a same call other a lier. I did check in the book no name under yours in our appointment book. We almost booked clients in advance. Please mind your language.
