They do not take card which is the most annoying thing ever (not everyone wants to take out cash or do a bank transfer, why make customers lives inconvenient - what happened to their card machine???). Other than that, the best nail tech is Jay, he gets the square shape done perfectly.

I’ve been going to this nail shop on and off for a few years now, however, after my last visit I won’t be returning.

I went in for an infill which was done within 25 minutes and felt very rushed. The technician originally said I needed to get a new set, but I chose to leave it for next time.

Unfortunately the next day, several of my nails started chipping away and continued to happen, so I returned 4 days later to have it fixed.

The nail technician responded with an attitude, saying he told me I needed a new set done, for which I explained that I’ve never experienced this before, even when I’ve had them on for a longer period of time. Anyway, he then filed down all my nails and painted over them and did not repair anything.

It was very disappointing and I will not be going there again. I’d rather pay more at my usual place, where both the gel and nail varnish quality is better and they take their time to do the job.

Very disappointing experience. I came in for a simple manicure, but I had to constantly remind the technician to file and properly polish my nails. The whole appointment felt rushed, and the quality just wasn’t there. Definitely not the service I expected.

Came in with my daughter who had her nails done here for the first time a week ago. She wasn't particularly happy with how they looked in the first place but three nails have subsequently broken. Just went in to get them sorted and I couldn't believe how bad the customer service was and how rude they were. They eventually agreed to sort them for free after originally saying she would have to pay but the lady doing them started on one nail then walked off to do something else. She was left sitting not knowing what was going on. I would rather pay for her to have them repaired where she usually goes than have to spend more time in this place.

I’ve attended this shop for years predominately to do my eye brows Mia the so called eyebrow specialist attitude and behaviour is absolutely horrendous obviously shaping your eye brows can come with anxiety especially if it goes wrong
Explaining to her apprentice how I wanted my brow MIA started speaking in her language the poor girl responded I don’t understand to her clearly embarrassed
Yes my eye brows went wrong one thinner than the other MIA then retorts saying every body has one eye thinner than the other sarcastically I told her about her behaviour which was rude she then said WHATEVER! I don’t understand English ? RUDE RACIST ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR as I was about to pay she responds we don’t need your money
MIA you clearly need to be reminded about customer service 15 years and I will never entertain you again
Also you clearly are using unlicensed cheap products

In my history of getting my nails done this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Terrible customer service, when I mentioned something I wasn’t happy with mid service I was told to fix that will be £15 extra. If you have time and money to waste, this salon is the place for you, otherwise I would avoid it at all costs!!! Scam and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction, only about taking your money.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I asked for a specific design, and they completely failed to deliver. My nails are ruined, and to make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. They started shouting when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! 20minutes and most of the time spent painting, which was terrible. I did say I wasn’t happy and I was told to go elsewhere 😳 I shouldn’t have paid!!! So angry that I did!
