I had one of the best experiences today at Ki Beauty. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
I had a lash lift treatment, and from start to finish I was made to feel completely comfortable and cared for. My therapist, Lauren, was fantastic — she was clearly very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does.

I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to book more treatments in the future.

Bryony was fabulous. Had a facial, neck, shoulder and arm massage. The pressure of the massage was firm. Not too wishy washy. Facial was wonderful. The whole experience, over 70 minutes, was great value for money and absolutely well worth it. Will definitely be going back.
