Absolutely filthy place. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here, the hygeine levels are poor.

Im addtion, Moreover, they will scam you into paying more than what's on their price list. Absolutely scammed so many people. I wonder how they still operating. 🤔 do not go there. It's not worth it.

My recommendation, plenty of clean places in Brentwood High Street. Go to Megan's Nails for your nails, Taz beauty for eyebrows etc and honestly avoid this place at all costs. I am reporting them to Essex Trading Standards too as they said "it's just £3 pounds". Another lady queried the same at the time and they just pointed at the sign with an aggressive tone, the lady had already paid and only after I had queried did she notice she was scammed too! 😳

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I’m genuinely traumatised by what they’ve done to my mum’s eyelashes. She specifically asked for short classic lashes, but the lady has superglued what looks like strip lashes directly onto her eyelids???

To make matters worse, she actually cut the lashes with scissors while they were on my mum’s eyes. I’m absolutely disgusted that someone like this is even allowed to hold a licence to do eyelashes. This is beyond unacceptable my poor mum has a holiday to go on tomorrow morning, do not ever go here.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded regularly at Unique Beauty 4 U for the past couple years and couldn’t recommend them more. Each time I’ve went they’ve done it perfectly and never had any issues. Definitely recommend🙂

Went to this beauty parlour as I had acrylics put on by another nail bar and wasn't happy amon was there she was very helpful did my nails beautiful and then I had a issue my nail came of but that only because My nails are short amon put a new one on fixed the others re painted and filled them with no fuss or extra coat a lovely lady can't wait to go back there

To echo the review below, if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Salon is filthy- pictures online aren’t actual pictures of the salon. Had my eyebrows threaded by the owner who literally took off half my eyebrow and when I told her she said ‘oh, no I didn’t’ no apology, no attempt to rectify it just pure rudeness and dismissal. Avoid at all costs. She clearly wasn’t qualified to carry out the treatment and as a result has ruined my brows. AVOID!!!!

Went to get threading done. Place is filthy, looks like rat feces everywhere but after I left I developed scabs because she threaded my skin not the hair, never had this in my life

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place should be shut down, never experienced such incompetence! Booked a wax via Treatwell and stupidly paid in advance. First of all the salon isn’t the same as in the pictures, it’s a different location and it’s so dirty, wished I’d walked away when I got there. Aman was the therapist and she clearly isn’t qualified at all, it’s like they just brought some person in from the street to help! She had no idea what type of wax it was I’d booked, left a complete mess, got wax all over my hand, had to tell her what to do throughout, just awful! Asked for a refund and refused so went through Treatwell and they’ve also been crap saying I have to go through the salon. Called the salon numerous times and they either hang up on me or say a manager will call me back which they never do. I’ve now gone through Amex chargeback for the refund. Literally the worst place I’ve ever experienced and everyone that works here is awful and useless, avoid avoid avoid!

I booked a hair cut via Treatwell, but when I arrived at the salon, they looked totally surprised. I was told they had no trace of my appointment and that no hairdresser was available. They suggested that I rebook. That was my first and last contact with this salon which incidentally looks tired.
