I came here to get my eyebrows tinted and I asked her not to wax them and so I layed down and she put the tint on while the tint was on she started waxing my eyebrows!!! The same spots over and over again like five times on each and I had just had them waxed anyway finally she stopped and my brows felt numb then she took tweezers and scissors and went ham on my brows she finally wipes the tint of and makes me sit up then looks at me and goes nah lay back down! And waxes my eyebrows again
I see the results and there the worst brows I’ve ever seen they look horrible and she put tint on my skin and shaped it with a giant arch on it that’s not even my brow hair I’ve tried everything even toothpaste and nothing it hasn’t even faded I’m so angry staff didn’t have any communication on what I wanted I asked for light natural brows and they look so horrible

I had my nails done here for my wedding, they were done beautifully.

The staff remained professional and polite throughout despite a rude customer coming in complaining about one of her nails lifting. The member of staff fixed it immediately free of charge and remained respectful despite being spoken to harshly and uncalled for by this customer.

I’d definitely recommend, they listened to exactly what I wanted :)
