I have just had my first spray tan and I'm absolutely amazed! The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease as it's my first time having a spray tan!! Will definitely be giving them 5 stars!

I paid £36 for a nail service yesterday, and despite the technician’s friendly attitude, the work was disappointing. The nail polish was poorly finished with paint left on my fingers, the cuticles weren’t properly cleaned before applying the extensions, and the nail heights and widths were inconsistent—even though I showed her a reference picture. Overall, the quality was subpar and not worth the price.

I went in this afternoon, was told to come back at half 5... they close at 6.
told them I wanted a red centered blend to black on short almond nails, showed pictures too. The girl was lovely but 1st, did not prepare my cuticles correctly. 2nd, shaped them wonky and notched at the join to my finger (did not notice till I left). 3rd, did a red dot that was spiraled/scribbled to look "blended"... could have been blended with a cotten bud easily. Said I liked the look of the first one as it was more blended, she then got sloppier on the other nails.... may have been the timing of her wanting to leave but that does not excuse a bad service.. paid £36 for these and will not be returning.
