When I used too go here I would get a spa treatment they would switch on the foot spa it always be a strong smell of urine coming out of it is this normal I stopped going the smell was unbearable I go to other places now and there foot spas don’t smell like this at all (it is 1.11pm in the afternoon I’m eating lunch unfortunately I was a customer I still remember the smell of the foot spa quite vividly I thought it could be the chemicals they was using but I don’t think that is the case now)

Rang up to make an appointment, man on phone was extremely rude, and ended up hanging up on me, Called back and the person was extremely rude again. Will never use this company again.

Been going here for years, Always happy with my nails but some visits they have been damn right rude, Appreciate you get very busy but shouldn't be reflecting that stress as rudeness to customers. Today unfortunately the same, Great nails but rudeness. Hence was my last visit here!

I have been using american nails for all my beauty treatments and never had a bad experience . The staff are all very friendly greating me by name upon entry and saying goodbye when I leave , all have smiles on their faces and are all very polite nothing is ever too much for them they work very hard I wouldn't go to any other nail studio this one is by far the best in clacton and the surrounding area

Absolutely disgusting place. Dirty. Rude and will leave you leaving more stressed.

Went in asking if they had time for a walk in, requested my first picture and he got really stressed over it, kept asking me to pick a colour several times then once chosen said he didn't have that colour and to pick a different one. I got very overwhelmed when he started slamming and banging things down, he spoke very aggressively and made me sit In the chair sobbing. I did not get my nail design that I asked for and left with just one colour block. Will never ever go here again.

Colchester for my nails. Always happy with the service and always love my nails.
The owners Cindy and Tony are lovely and always helpful.

I have been using American nails for about 12 years and have no problem with the staff .i have been in late and they still do a good job. The shop is a clean and bright with many different choices of colours and designs.very happy with the staff and management 👌
