I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail shop for a long time, which makes this experience really disappointing. On my last visit, the nail design was awful and not what I asked for at all. When I went back to complain, the staff were clearly unhappy about it, although they eventually fixed the issue.

This time was even worse. We were overcharged compared to the price we were originally quoted. When we politely questioned the price, the staff were extremely rude and couldn’t give us a clear explanation as to why it was higher. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, their attitude made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating.

I expect better customer service, especially from a place I’ve supported for so long. Sadly, due to the poor service, attitude, and lack of transparency with pricing, I won’t be returning.
