Hi Claudia, Thank you for your review, as you stated you booked in for volume lashes these are not the same as Russian lashes we are sorry you was not aware of this, However this was explained to you before the treatment began by Sophie, you was also shown the lashes before the treatment started and told that the thickest we do is 4 lashes on 1 lash, Sophie is also not aware of having done your lashes prior to this nor does our system show that you have booked in for volume lashes with us before, all previous appointments are kept on record on our system we can only see one treatment on our records for you which is this treatment you are referring to, however if she had done them previous to this they would of been the same lashes that was used for this treatment as the lashes we use have not ever been changed. Unfortunatly you did not have many natural lashes there was quite a few gaps this can be due to a number of different reasons one being the cycle of your natural lashes or if they are in lash shedding season, it could also be due to having lash extensions that are to thick or heavy on your natural lashes for a long period of time this will pull out your natural lashes, from what you have said regarding having thick Russian lashes on all the time i suspect this is why you did not have many natural lashes, it also the reason we only do our volume lashes so thick as we do not want to damage any clients natural lashes. Sophie did also explain this with you after the treatment as she was aware you thought that they would be thicker even though they were shown to you before the treatment began. You was happy to pay at the end of this. Unfortunatly due to the full treatment being carried out for the full amount of time, a full set of lashes used, everything was explained and shown to you before and after the treatment and you happily payed at the end, we are unable to refund you for this, if we believe a treatment was truly not done correctly we will always discuss this with a client and happily come to some sort of agreement to ensure they are happy and refund if we believe this is fair and necessary, Sophie has over 10 years experience doing lashes and all beauty treatment, We have many regular returning clients who have volume lashes with sophie and are happy with the end result, if a client asks for Russians we always explain to them that they may not be as thick as they are used to if they have had them done previously elsewhere so they are aware of this before the treatment starts as we do not want anyone to be disappointed which was also explained to you.
