Really glad we found Tracey at Shotz. Our usual place wasn't available, so we saw the salon and popped in. Amazingly, my daughter and I were able to book an after-school appointment for the following day. As soon as we arrived, the salon felt very welcoming and relaxed.

My daughter has struggled a lot with her hair over the past 18 months. It has suddenly become very thick and difficult to manage. I notice it can really get her down. After Tracey worked her magic, it looked absolutely stunning. Most importantly, I have never seen my daughter so happy with her hair! She was buzzing all the way home.

Tracey was great, all-round. She even showed my daughter how to style her hair and gave her loads of helpful advice (the first time that has happened at a salon). Overall, it was a really lovely experience. I am so happy to finally see my daughter loving her hair and full of confidence. We have found our new favourite salon!

I came in for a wash cut and style on my birthday and was quickly reminded why I love using this salon. The team are so wonderful. My hairdresser Frankie did and amazing job with my hair and I felt like a princess on my special day.
I’d also like to mention how thankful I am for the team in on the 6th of May, after I went very faint during my appointment. You guys were great with managing the situation and took such amazing care of me, helped me feel way less embarrassed about it.
I think it’s truly rare to find such an all round wonderful salon with such talented staff that I will be continuing to come here long term.

I got my hair done by Sarah and she was incredible! I had never dyed my hair before and she really took the time to listen and discuss with me about what I wanted. The final colour was exactly what I was hoping for, couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I had my hair cut and styled by Myriam today, she was very friendly and attentive from the moment I came in the door, I love the cut and style she gave me today, it was exactly as I asked for, I left feeling great! I will definitely book in again for a trim. Thank you!
