Hi,
I'm sorry you weren't happy with your eyelashes. After doing your eye lashes, I instructed you to keep your eyes closed for 15-20 minutes, you opened your eyes 2 minutes in. Because you opened your eyes so early, you started tearing from the glue and of course the integrity of the glue would get weaker and your eyelashes will fall. You left before the time set so of course the eye lashes would come undone. Under normal circumstances, this should last over 3 weeks. You've done eyelashes with me before with no complaints. This was a clustered eye lash service and not the individual lash service. I was happy to adjust the lashes to your liking but you were in a rush, since you were a regular I was happy to make readjustments on a later date.
All I can say is, I provided a great service with great flexibility from my side.

Google Look how she did my eyelashes. Hard as a rock. Wrong direction. Some missing. Not the same either side. Told her im not happy with it she said that's how she always does them?? Dont go here.

Google wanted my front hair to be straightened and blended naturally with the hair at the back. I explained my requirements to Meera and Kulwinder. Although they hadn’t done this exact type of straightening before, they did an excellent job.
At the beginning, I was a little unsure about how it would turn out, but Kulwinder did it perfectly. I’m really happy with the result!

Google Love the way they treat customers, friendly and gentle. Meera examined my hair and suggested which style & length will suit my face. I did layer cut and I got the same result which I showed in the sample picture. Jothi did really good job in setting up my hair.
