Was clean and staff was nice however I Waited in a massage chair for 45 minutes and was told the staff forgot about me

Filed my nail bed down so low they burnt

Mishapen and abnormally thick acrylic on my thumbs and still charged £90 for infills and toe shellac

The workers will just be talking bad about you in their language after taking your hard earned cash, you’d have to hate yourself to come back here. It’s almost like they’re mad at you for coming to their salon with the nasty attitude they give you.
Terrible customer service and very rude.
I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I love this nail spa they did soooooo well but maybe be more gentle when filing peoples fingers because now my finger is very sore but on the other end amazing 5 stars

I do my manicure every month and this was probably the worst set I have had in the last 3 years. They made my nails sooo thick that I could barely grab anything asked her several times to file them so they are not as thick didn’t understand me. Just piled up lots of nail polish on my nail had to take them out the next day a waste of my money!

Please read my message clearly I didn’t say I have been coming to your saloon for three years! I said I have been doing manicure every month and this was the worst set. I left the place so disappointed and didn’t even want to come back to the place again.

I wouldn’t waste my time to leave a review on an establishment if the information wasn’t factual!

The nails are good, however the salon was dirty, used paper towel on the floor, whole nails and cut nails everywhere, the towels were not clean, no soap in the dispensers, dirty tables and dirty equipment. Honestly I’d probably avoid them
