I had the loveliest experience at this nail salon 💅✨ The staff were so friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable. They paid great attention to detail, and my nails turned out absolutely beautiful! The place was clean, relaxing, and honestly just a perfect little treat. Can’t wait to come back again 🤍

I've been debating whether to leave this review because i dont want to offend anyone, but I wish I had seen a review like this before and hadn't gone to this place.

- Workers dont wear gloves. The only time I've seen them wearing gloves was when they were doing each other's nails, not clients'.
- The tools don't look sterilised. When I asked my technician if the nail clipper was sterilised (she just randomly pulled it out, it looked dirty and she didn't announce if was sterilised, which I haven't seen before in other salons), she just put it away and grabbed a file.

I asked if the file was used before, another technician replied to me that it might have been used once or two times.

I'm really confused how it's allowed and legal. In good salons they always give each customer sealed tools or they announce that the tool has been cleaned and show where.

- the service wasn't good. It was quite hard to understand my technician and I really tried and I was polite, English isn't my mother tongue either - but she was annoyed and kept talking to other technicians in their language and I have no idea what she had said about me. It's a bit rude, but maybe it's a normal thing here, I'm not sure.

- the technician kept digging her own nails into my skin while applying gel. It was painful.

- she didn't work on areas near the nails, Im not sure what they are called, but I had to also point some imperfections that she didn't remove. I thought maybe they dont have special little clippers to get rid of hangnails, but then I saw one of technician use it on himself. I dont know why paying for manicure, I wasn't provided this service that's a bit weird. After I asked, she tried to remove some of them with a tool.

- she left a couple of wounds. Idk how. I wasn't moving at all. Now it hurts.

- they said they take only cash so my fiancee had to go and get it in the rain. But I saw other customer pay with her mobile phone.

Overall, it was 39 pounds for not sterilised and god knows how used tools and a couple of scratches. I'm really disappointed.

Yes, of course we are not satisfied with the money we paid because the work was of a very poor quality, and even dangerous in terms of sterilising. Nevertheless, we paid and didn't make a scene and never demanded the money back. So I don't understand why you made this remark. Just like your work, your replies are unprofessional which is really disappointing. And no, you did not confirm that the tools were sterilised.
On top of that, it's been a week and already two of my nails have the gel peeling off. Adding the photos. This is the first time in my life I've seen such a terrible job...

Best nail artist I've ever been to! Coming from Germany, I was looking for an emergency full acrylic manicure. The staff is so unbelievably friendly and kind, the nail design is gorgeous and they are working so precise and good. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I visited to have my nails done on day one of vacation in Edinburgh. It was over 3 weeks ago and they're still beautiful, strong and constantly complimented. I trekked over three countries in these and They might be the best nails I've ever had done. Everyone loves the car eye hearts. Thank you!!
