Google Highly rate Hair by Kimberly for cut style and colour, she is a magician and will care for your hair like no other. My hair has never looked better or been healthier, she is amazing. Highly recommend!!

Google Despite the website showing many available appointments and allowing me to book (albeit weeks in advance), the appointment was cancelled by them the next day. I was emailed and advised that this was because I’m not an “existing client”. I was advised to follow them on social media, and they would say on there if they intend to take on “new clients” in the future.
I’ve never heard of anything so pretentious in my life.

We have several stylists working within the salon on a self employed basis, and they manage their own diary/ clientele. You are referring to only one member of our team, who was unable to accept new clients at this time.This does not apply to the whole salon - we have other stylists with the capacity to welcome new clients. And you would have been able to see this online when booking. If you had contacted the salon directly we could also have advised you of this - instead of leaving this anonymous and misleading review
