Google I get really nervous going in to places for the first time. But a change in area ment I had to take the plunge and find a new nail place. I instantly felt at ease Steph is warming and inviting. She always try’s her best to accommodate my appointments. I can’t recommend her enough

Google Always use Steph, so friendly and welcoming. Always has amazing design ideas and plenty of colour choice. I come every month and couldn’t be happier. Always 5 ⭐️ nails. Definitely recommended as you don’t get the choice of detailed patterns and designs on a high street salon.

Google Steph is so accommodating. I first found Steph looking for a new salon after using one for many years was no longer working for me, I would always have acrylic extensions with the hope to grow my own nails but my nails were always too week. After having a couple of appointments with Steph I was able to start having BIAB and my nails have never grown so well and so strong. It’s amazing being able to have my own natural length. (Which is so super short) and Steph is able to work with such small nails and make them look beautiful (I choose to have my nails shorter) Steph actually is a nail technician that cares for her clients nails and the nail health and actually wants to help you improve that. I have never had an issue and always been so happy with my designs, Steph will always help with designs and patterns and learns what her clients love! I would recommend Steph to everyone. From making you feel so welcome to always being there if you ever need to get in touch with her regarding an appointment or a nail idea. Very accommodating. Never had a bad experience.

Google So glad i switched to a private nail tech. The quality of the nails are fabulous. I regularly get BIAB and they have never broken. Always pleased with the results and look forward to my next set! 100% recommend booking your next mani with Steph!

Google I have my finger nails done every three weeks, toe nails every nine weeks, very pleased with Steph, Iv never had a chipping to finger or toe nails. Steph is very efficient and friendly makes you feel very comfortable

Google Poor customer service after cancelling an appointment on the day & blocked on social media when trying to resolve an issue professionally. A refund was offered but this was soon withdrawn.

I had outlined the issue you had raised in our communication. You started to threaten me with slanderous reviews, because you couldn’t get a refund. You were trying to obtain a refund from a gift voucher, which are non refundable, from 9 months ago. You made false allegations in the process of our communication, which resulted in me banning you. I never once provided a poor customer service, I have never done your nails, nor your mother’s, who the gift voucher was for. As mentioned she left it as she didn’t know when she wanted to book, after I had offered her any dates that are convenient for her to book her in.
Because you couldn’t get a refund you feel the need to try slander my business. As I left it with you in my last communication, should your mother wish to make a booking she can contact me directly to make an appointment.
