I went to American nails yesterday and usually I receive really good service. However, this time was different. The first photo was the inspiration picture I showed them and the second photo was what I left with. The nails I received were not what I asked for in any way shape or form. The blue colour is completely different to the design I showed them and the same thing with the flowers as the flowers they have given me are similar to clovers which again was not what I asked for. They then proceeded to charge me £50 for this set which I was shocked by given that every time I have come here before they have never charged me anything above £42. Taking into consideration that they didn’t get the design I asked for correct I feel this is an absolute abomination. On the other hand, the nail tech I have previously had when getting my nails done is usually extremely good but the man who did my nails yesterday was not. This experience has highly put me off returning and therefore I wouldn’t recommend coming here to get your nails done.

I wanted to love them, they looked great on the day, but they have only lasted 10 days and almost all of them have lifted from the cuticle area. Really disappointed as they were £35

No appointment but happy to wait. 1hr later, Acrylic nails requested. Rushed, too short not shown properly, wrong shape and cut my finger so still bleeding, to add further insult to injury worker was also talking throughout to friend or family whilst working. Shocking

I walked in to this nail salon and managed to get my nails done. But the service is not very good as the lady is rushing to do my nails as fast as she can to accomodate more customers. Quality of work not very good, but there nail varnished last very long..

Love my nail design. Managed to have a walk-in appointment. Found the staff to be very friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be using them again.

Booked an appointment the guy that answers the phone took an appointment,waited 25mins past it still waiting had to leave as on lunch break so no nails no lunch what’s the point of taking an appointment shabby and disappointing

I love love love it here! The team are all so friendly and they always do a fantastic job. They're always busy so call and book an appointment if you can, walk-in appointments are fine but you might be sat waiting for a while or be asked to come back later.

I have acrylics done here and pedicures and they're so relaxing and the staff are really skilled.

Quick and efficient, gel great, normal nail polish not so great. Very easy to get appointments.
