Hi ,We just wanted to clarify that today you did request a shorter length, so the final result would naturally look a little different from the photo you showed us, as that set was done on longer nails.

However, we completely understand that it may not have been what you were expecting. If you don’t mind, we would truly appreciate the chance to make it right. The nail tech who usually does your nails will be back at work tomorrow, and she would be more than happy to redo them for you.
