I did micro needling but it’s very worst 45 pounds waste of cost I didn’t get any results

Sahana I explained to you during your microneedling facial session that microneedling takes time see results.
One session won't magicly change your skin over night.
It will improve acne scarring, minimise pores and appearance of skin over time, you asked how often to have the treatment.
I also explained it would not cure pigmentation issues.
I explained the timescales.
I did say to you many times you will see results over time

I'm sorry you dont feel it was worth having as a treatment.

I think a conversation would have been better had.

Liane is the most talented young nail technician I have ever had. I have been going to her every 3 weeks for about 6 years.And wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has every colour under the sun,and her art work is Amazing. Highly recommended.
