Absolutely appalling, I went to have my toes and nails done for my holiday, was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had, was told of for telling them what I wanted, one male said ‘be my girlfriend I love a challenge’ because I was been picky with my nails which is completely unacceptable, I bank transferred to pay in which she checked and they got put on Facebook and accused of not paying, never ever ever will walk in this place again.

I got builder gel and within less than a week the gel started lifting and one of my nails fell off. I called the salon to see if they can repair my nail free of charge as it was 5 days since having them done, to which the lady said she would sort it. I get to the salon and the lady explained to me that this was a ‘normal’ thing to happen and then proceeded to use nail glue to press the gel back onto my nail! I explained to the lady that i was worried in case i would get an infection cause of water or dirt getting stuck inside before she glued them down, again she said that it’s normal for that to happen as she kept repeating herself. I went in expecting her to remove all the nails that were lifting (which was all of them) and re doing, but she wasn’t willing to do that, she just used nail glue to press the gel back on and re did my one nail that fell off. And 2 days after visiting the salon for the second time another one fell off.

I have used this salon for the last 2 years ... quality and staff has gone down hill , more so since they have moved. Just want to do you as quick as possible , not listening to what you have asked for , then charging more than you expect for a rubbish service. Took 3 people to do my nails!! All chatting amongst themselves and laughing at the customers!! I had a basic redo , the lady next to me had all different nails inclusive of special design and gems, flower attatchments etc totalling to £30 .... £7 cheaper than mine a basic French tip!!!! ... Unfortunately I am not prepared to pay "made up" prices. So was my last time there. Shame as they were the best, but just rushing customers now. ***Please note if you ring to ask if there is any walk ins available & do not arrive they also ring you to see where you are!!

Ive had my nails done twice now at this salon and I think they do a stunning job. All the staff are so friendly. My last set of acrylics lasted 2 months, then I soaked them off myself to save time.

Nice nails basic french tips although there was a technician that was quite violent and rough with my hands and had my nails on for 3 days and they are already lifting nails are longer than others sjd slanted and they filed my cuticles with the electric file causing pain also they all didn’t use any gloves

I had my nails done and a pedicure. Staff so friendly and nice . First pedicure was very nervous as I hate my feet but they made them look and feel great 👍

I went into the salon with my stepbrother and dad, we got a warm welcome and waited 10 minutes for my nails to get done. they asked me what I wanted and told me the price £35 before they started. I got asked how my day was and what shape I wanted. Me and my stepbrother were othered chocolate and water. I got the exact nails I wanted with no problems at all and only took 1 hour I highly recommended this salon
