They did a good job on my nails the design is beautiful but it took them nearly 2 hours and I had 2 differmt people do my nails, the first one , a very sweet man took 50 minutes to sand my nails and managed tp cut my finger and his own, they also charge and extra 5 for longer nails and another 5 depending on the nail varnish or powder used. Bar that it isnt bad

BIAB French tips. Overlay started to fall away after a week, but that could be due to my nail growth. The following week- the BIAB broke off my nail?! Never seen that happen before, it’s supposed to make natural nails stronger, but it caused my nail underwear to split! BIAB are supposed to last 3-4 weeks

went to this place today absolutely disgusting i will never going back to this place becouse after 2 houres they missd up my nails ,the nails are very crooked i asked for full set but there is big gap between my nails and tip and i asked why it is like that she said that is what we can do very shame they have no experience absolutely not recommended

This place gas gone down hill massively, had my nails done just before christmas and they was chipping a few days later, also rung to ask price and then price changed when I got there and I had exactlu what I asked for on the phone, couldn't be bothered to argue. I went there today and although I was happy with the outcome of my nails and the man who done them, paid better attention to detail than the last guy, I contemplated leaving and going elsewhere as the place is just absoluely filthy, I went there before 12 and omg I could not stop looking around at the dirt level, I will not be going back here, its hit and miss with nails here anyway, sometimes they do them well and other times they are done poorly, but today my skin was absolutley crawling, not my money to come sit in this.

Disgusting place - my mum has just been for her nails and the guy that was doing her nails kept twisting her hand in an uncomfortable position because she has arthritis in her hands which she told him several times. She then mentioned to him about a rough bit on her nail and ask him if he could file it down for her which he tried to do twisting her hand again to which she again told him her hand cannot go that way because of the pain with her arthritis. His response WAS TO HIT HER HAND!!!!!! His colleagues saw this and took over my mums appointment to which the guy started glaring at my mum and speaking in another language whilst giving her disgusting looks. horrific customer service. He’s lucky she didn’t call the police right there to get him done for assault the disgusting man!!

I got my nails done Thursday, so just over 4 days ago and the gel polish has already chipped and peeling off! They charged me £36 for infills, gel polish and the design which I thought was extremely pricy and them to chipped the way they have. Don’t both wasting your money here!!

Awful experience , chopped nails down left them sharp , did nothing what I asked for and tried to charge £10 more, so disappointed, always been pleased with them been going 2 years not going bk

I've been going here for just over a year and never had a problem. I had one issue with a nail and they corrected it straight away. I go every 3-4 weeks with my mum and all the staff are very friendly and nice. They offer a list of free refreshments, I've never had one despite being asked but that's something not many places do. I'm not talking about water, but tea, coffee, coke etc.

As for designs I usually go away from the norm and have black and red or something like that, they have mixed different photos for me and I often let them do what they want along the lines of the inspiration photo. I got two sets of christmas nails last year and just told them the colours and they did a amazing detailed set. Or for my nephew's birthday, I had dinosaur nails.

100% recommend this business for both value for money, skills and the employees. They are saints especally when I've had to see them deal with rude customers with no manners

Extremely rude !! Came in to have my toes done this morning wasn’t happy with the colour as soon as he started so asked to change he then became so rude and aggressive with the tools cut me twice . Then asked him for help finding the colour of a picture he said no and told me to find somewhere better . this place used to be amazing and friendly but now is vile . 0/5

horrible experience the clerk will try and get more money out of you even when you decide to tell them the price of the nails in the beginning. they ended up charging me 6£ more than the initial price.
i am not happy at all.
