Awful customer service. And very rude. Got a service that I didn’t quite like, asked for it to be changed and was sworn at by staff.

Very good thats why they are always busy but that is the only negative. Biab nails done to an excellent standard. Last 6-8 weeks, no chipping. They dont talk much but i prefer it that way

Nails done okay, not the most warm or friendly, nor great at communicating, also no customer service just a lot of pushing hands around and grunting, and cash only. Also didn’t put cuticle oil on my nails, went to wash my hands as instructed, came back and they had put another lady in my seat. Thought I’d try a new place, going to stick to my usual, won’t be returning.

There’s one guy there who is terrible at pedicures/painting nails. I’ve had him twice and he’s done an awful job both times.

awful service, told them my nails where uneven they decided to shout. I requested for skin to be removed instead they said find alternative nail shop and humiliated me in front of shop

Always the best pedicures and really long lasting biab nails. Tried lots of other places in Nottingham, this is definitely the best.
