Went to get my eyebrow and upper lips done and it was the most painful threading I went through. I got charged £12 which I find it expensive as I usually get it done for £9. My eyebrow and upper lips were not done well and they were still out of shape. The new lady left small marks on my face. I would not recommend this place. I usually get it done next to Dudley hair for £9 and she does it well.

I’ve had gel polish done on my nails twice here now and I am so pleased with how they’ve turned out. The lady that did my nails is so pleasant and lovely, and she really makes me feel so comfortable.

My daughter came home from here today after having what I assume are supposed to be professional lashes. I'm wondering if the girl who did this to my daughter thinks she's a comedian? She ruined her shirt, glued her hair and stuck the lashes together. To top it off my daughter is in agony and trying to find somewhere to remove them. Trading standards are being sent the photos of what this idiot did to my daughter. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEYBHAVE A NO REDUND POLICY?? I'm not surprised if this is the standard of work .They'd be out of a business if refunds we're given.

Sister went there for her eyelashes and the woman who did them has wiped glue all over her top and the eyelashes are also full of glue so they’re solid.

Wouldn’t recommend, no wonder they have a no refund policy or they’d be out of business.
She’s not even local either so it’s not like she can go back to get them fixed!

Had my eyebrows waxed yesterday and somehow the lady who did my eyebrows has waxed my whole eyelid I do not have hair on my eyelids!! When I rang and spoke about it she said “don’t worry dear put Vaseline on it”!!
Didn’t want to take any accountability for it
