I've been coming to Kreep for a while now. My nail lady, Alexa, is such a treasure. Kreep must be proud to have a lady like that working with them! The quality of the nails is always top-notch. Alexa never disappoints me; she always does my nails better than I ask. The atmosphere at the salon is always happy, and everyone who works there is my favourite!

Will never go here again!
Had eyebrow wax and tint and was left with burns to my eyelids and two black eyes. Had this treatment done many, many times before and never have I ended up like this. It has been so painful and looks awful.
What has made it even worse is that despite me contacting them twice, I have received no response at all - not an apology, nothing. What dreadful customer service!

I had my lashes done with Tam and nails with Joanne. What a lovely wholesome experience. They were amazing and so welcoming. Im obsessed with my nails and lashes. Ill be back!

So pleased with my experience! It was so pleasant from start to finish, the stylist (Baljit Johal) was so friendly and welcoming from the get go. She did exactly what i was hoping and I’ll defo be back soon. I got a lash lift and tint and eyebrow waxing, it looks amazing as you can see in the picture below, for reference beforehand my lashes were thin and straight. 10/10 Would recommend

Terrible experience. Really disappointed. I've been to Kreep in the past and never had any issues, but this time was different. I booked acrylic extensions, which got changed to gel. Which is fine. After two days one completely snapped off. They fixed it, free of charge, which I appreciated. After a week, three more had snapped. I asked for them to be removed, which they did, which was good. However, I had contacted them via email and Instagram and not got a response, so had to phone.
When I had them removed, my nails are now dry, fragile and keep breaking so that the skin is exposed.
I complained twice and have received no response. I am incredibly disappointed, as my past experiences were fine.
After this, I would never go again. Very shocked by the whole experience.

Had a lovely time with Tamara! It was a last minute booking and first eyebrow and lip wax in a while so really appreciated being fitted in at short and how friendly Tamara made me feel. Highly recommend! :)
