Our colour services are priced based on hair length, thickness, product usage, and time required, all of which are clearly outlined in our pricing structure. While service timings are listed as a guide, they are approximate and can vary depending on individual hair type, how the colour processes, and the technique used. Some services may take slightly less or more time than stated.

In your case, the stylist assessed your hair as extra-long, which requires additional product, and this is why the £10 surcharge was applied. The duration of the appointment does not always directly reflect product usage, especially when working with fine hair that processes efficiently.

We always aim to communicate pricing clearly and apologise if this was not explained in a way that felt satisfactory at the time. Customer experience is very important to us, and we encourage clients to raise any concerns during their visit so we can address them immediately.
