Google My name is Dani , I called to enquire about soak off and new set and I was told to come and the price was also provided. As I arrived into the shop the lady was very rude and saying they don’t allow children or pushchairs in the shop and was literally pushing me out of the shop. Poor service and not accommodating. It’s my first experience and first nail shop I’ve been told I am not allowed to bring my children. Extremely rude people and poor customer service. I only clicked one star as it’s required to post but I give them 0 stars and I will also let others know about my experience

When I politely asked you to leave earlier, I expected that request to be respected.
You arrived at our salon with three young children—one in a pushchair around 2 years old, and the others approximately 6 and 8. They are lovely children, but our salon is not a suitable environment for them.
When booking your appointment, it would have been appropriate to ask whether bringing children was allowed. Our salon uses acrylic EMA monomer, which has a strong smell and is not suitable for young children due to health and safety concerns—especially for a service like yours, which takes around two hours.
We aim to provide a calm, relaxing environment for all our clients. Having multiple children in the salon can disrupt that experience and is not fair to others who come to enjoy their time here.
I also felt your attitude during the situation was inappropriate. Because of this experience, I don’t believe our salon is the right place for you going forward, and I kindly ask that you do not return.

Google It is always a real pleasure to come at this salon to have my nails done, everybody is nice and makes you feel comfortable by asking you if you want water, tea or coffee for example. Today I went to have my nails done by Jennifer and as always, she did a fantastic job, thank you so much 😊

Google I've only been to 1st class nails and beauty twice and both times I have been over the moon with the results! My nails have been the perfect colour and shape. The wonderful ladies that work there are so lovely and its been nice to chat to them and find out more about nails as im a newbie. I've recommended for my mum to try them and shes looking forward to her 1st visit.
