So I went into the nails shop and asked for a design they said sorry we can't do that because my nails were apparently to short but I saw them do the design on someone else's nails and within 3 days my nail chipped and I caught it. 40 quid is such a rip off for a plain design. Won't be returning!

Did my nails at short notice just before my hols, looked fab and lasted really well. Did just as careful a job removing the gel today. Really good prices, excellent service, what more can you ask for. Will definitely use them again.

I really wish people would do what you ask them to…especially as these stumpy nails were £47.00 . I asked for long almond nails and got medium stumpy nails - nails on the right are what I asked for and showed the man the picture ….. absolute DISGRACE

I ripped my nail while on holiday popped into the nail shop and they cut it down and glued it for me, I was in pain as it was bleeding. What lovely staff and didn’t charge me. Would definitely go there when having my nails done.

Absolutely hated this place. Bad customer service and overpriced. I went last week to get my nails done for an event i was having the following day with the hopes i would get my money’s worth. I gave a design i wanted they went over it and didn’t listen to a word of anything i wanted. Made my fingers bleed and got weird unpleasant looks from workers which ruined my day and made me feel unwelcomed. Had to go to another nail shop to fix the mess they made.

In my opinion, I think that the Nail Shop is the best in Weymouth. Jasmine will always go above and beyond to fit you in and Tony is a perfectionist when it comes to acrylics. If they can't fit you in, that is purely because they can't. Booking beforehand is always best to avoid disappointment. They have an extensive range of colours to choose from so there is a colour for everyone. If you want perfect nails and a good pedicure, in a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend the Nail Shop. All the staff are lovely and good at their work.
