Google My friend and I went in for Shellac nails. No appointment needed even though they already had customers. We didn’t have to wait long. Really happy with nails & Ruby was lovely & friendly. Highly recommend.

Google Ruby did an exceptional job especially with a problematic. Ruby stated what she would do and did a fantastic job and nails look fab. I'm pretty picky and have had my nails done by the same person for 10 years so was worried trying somewhere new. Ruby had a full set of tips, acrylic with gel top and cats eye done in 35 mins. Thank you so much and see you soon.

Google Went in there today done my feet absolutely fine when it come to my hands it’s was a disgrace they done one set on my nails I had to get them to take them off they was that bad they never fully took them off they just filed them down and put more nails on top of them so now my Nails is so thick and horrible one hand is different to the other when I mentioned this she accused me of not wanting to pay when I did not say I was not gunna pay but I paid £48 for a set of nails that I am ashamed to show I’ve I’m 36 weeks pregnant she then got in my face screaming and shouting at me saying that I wasn’t gunna pay when I never once mentioned I wasn’t gunna pay saying she’s calling the police absolutely disgrace would not recommend them at all
Owner Response:
tried my best to give you a beautiful set of nails.
You said your mental state wasn’t good because of pregnancy — even your friend said you were difficult. I still understood, because I’m a mother of 3 too. As my customer, I tried my best to serve you.
You weren’t happy with the work, so you asked us to remove and redo it. I agreed and worked from 1 PM to 4 PM for you. Every step — filing, color, shape — you said it looked good. But in the end, you demanded a discount and only wanted to pay £48. That’s unacceptable.
We run a business — we pay taxes, bills, and staff. Nothing is free and nothing comes with random discounts.
I’ve seen these kinds of tricks before. That’s why I had to report to the police. If you disturb my business again, I will not hesitate to call the police.
Just a reminder: we have CCTV, and my loyal clients were there. So between us — we know the truth.
I wish you good luck in life.
