Messaged Morgan Brown after being let down last minute by someone else for my Mum’s 70th Birthday plans, and spoke to Karen who went above and beyond to make sure she could book us in for everything we were hoping for. My Mum then injured her back, and MB worked with us to make sure she could still get her treatments done whilst not being able to lay flat on the massage table. Karen even came in on her day off to ensure my Mum had the best birthday, and pampered her with one of the best facials she’s ever had. Carolyn also went out of her way to look after my Mum whilst doing her hair after. They both couldn’t have been more accommodating if they’d tried, and we will definitely be back! Thanks ladies x

Such a lovely place, Amy did my hair colour, highlights cut blow dry and straightened. She was quite busy bless her but still very professional. Very friendly and relaxing place, and seems you could have a a day of pampering because they do so much there, I'm actually thinking about what shall I have done next
