Amber was unprofessional when requested a refund due to poor quality BIAB gel nails (undercured and chipped within one day) I’ve been waiting for my refund for nearly a month now and nothing heard back from her or the salon, all my messages just get ignored other than said will sort something out but never did.She suggested coming in to have a look but I made it clear I was unable to redo it cause there was no time left before my trip. I’ve made it clear from the get go, telling her that i would like a refund (partial / full). Amber only replied me as I left a negative feedback and saying i’m the one making it difficult as I decline the redo.

Overall, The customer care is not pleasant and I do not recommend booking with Amber.

Amber is amazing! I visited her for the first time last week and I am obsessed with my new nails! Despite being on holiday and swimming every day, my nails look just as good as the day I got them done. She is also a super kind and lovely girl who is so easy to get along with. I rebooked with Amber straight away and I can’t wait to go back!

Amber really cares about her clients and their experience. Her table is so comfortable and cosy, I really enjoy our chats and I always leave super happy with my nails. Amber also does the best nail art! Nothing is too difficult and she makes the whole process of having your nails done so relaxing.

I’ve been going to Amber for years now and I’d never go anywhere else! My nails have always been weak and in bad condition but they now look the best they ever have! She is so lovely and makes sure she does everything to make her clients happy. Her nail art is amazing and she can do any design you want. I’d highly recommended xx
