I bought a men's shaving brush from here. 2 weeks later bristles came loose, 3 days later bristles came detached from the wood handle. This was the worst shaving brush that I have ever brought.

Had a very positive experience at Superdrug Chesterfield today. I wanted to try perfumes and Juliette was excellent with extensive knowledge of perfumes. Nothing was too much trouble I tried many different EDPs and learned of ''perfume pods'' which is a great idea Superdrug! Ive taken one to try at leisure before a possible purchase.
I've used many Perfume Counters in Stores but this was one of the best experiences. Juliiette was a lovely lady...

Not good experience. I paid for a product and still and I usually don’t Take receipts. But I showed them the bank account from which I paid and was still stopped and told me to wait as They are going to check the cameras. I felt it was because of my colour and ethinicity.

Absolutely ridiculous farce at the tills. They only open the one perfume till which means apparently you shouldn’t use the massive queuing space by the actual tills, no they’d like you to move and make a random queue down the middle of the shop so that you get in the way of people wanting to look at things on shelves. Then others start using the queue space so now there’s 2 queues and the woman on the perfume till can’t work out what she’s doing so they get 2 others over to show her, neither of these opens another till to serve the 2 queues that are getting bigger. Finally they get someone else over to open another till which means the first queue that was moved now has to move back to where they were and the other 2nd queue accuse everyone of queue jumping.
Absolute joke of a shop and the staff would rather gossip to each other over the headsets about their personal lives (lovely to hear about someone’s family issues whilst your shopping) than actually do anything resembling organised work!

Waiting to be served and the sale assistant 'Bethany' chose to ignore myself and carry on security tagging stock, then chose to serve the lady behind. Rude. Jessica then served me and was very pleasant

Retail worker Sophie approached me in an abrupt amd rude tone to stop opening the products, I informed her I was trying the tester, she argued with me and rolled her eyes at me, leaving me quite upset at the tills. I work in retail and I'm pretty sure your nit supposed to make your customers cry. She continued to stare at me with a scowel as I left the store. Sophie needs retraining in customer service. It's a shame, I like superdrug and won't be returning because of her.

Really helpful supervisor who understands people with problems with issues holding up hairdryers etc . She was extremely supportive and patient. I can’t thank her enough. Definitely will be calling again.

Unfortunately all I wanted was to quickly pay for makeup and go but two staff members kept taking to eachother on till and looking and staring at me whilst I waited patiently they continued their conversation and lefts me waiting for a long time , I thought this was very rude and put the item down and walked out .
