I went for a walk in as I’m not from the area, they were all so polite & lovely. Welcomed me immediately and unlike most nails shops, they were gentle when filing.
The gentleman that did my nails was fast but didn’t make me feel rushed. The salon is really nice & spacious. I’ll be returning every time I’m in the area! 😁

I’ve been visiting this salon every month for nearly a year now, and every single visit has been amazing. The service is consistently excellent, and the team always make you feel welcome.

A special mention to Ken and Will, who are both fantastic, but honestly the whole team are professional, polite, and always ready on time for your appointment.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sapphire Nails to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing experience. Thank you for always doing such a brilliant job!

I usually love this salon and have had great experiences before, but today was really disappointing.

The man doing my nails was quite rude—when I asked for them shorter and more pointed, I was met with repeated eye rolls, sighs, a dismissive attitude throughout and told the shape I wanted would look bad. It was clear he didn’t want to make any adjustments, and he was rough and impatient for the rest of the appointment.

I wasn’t happy with the final result as the base colour wasn’t what I asked for and design had been rushed but by the end I felt too uncomfortable to say anything.

I left feeling really upset and ended up filing off the design and repainting them myself at home.

Talking about you to their colleague next to them. Just because they are speaking in their own language,don’t think customers don’t get a hint at times what they are saying. Very rude girl. Walked directly out of salon pretty soon after she’d finished without the basics of good manners. Actually thought I was having a pedicure and gel nails , but it wasn’t sufficiently explained. Last time I went in I left a large tip. Won’t be going back,

I went in for one nail repair. Lovely staff. Lots of smiles. The salon was bright and very clean. I felt comfortable and the service was excellent. The price was good. Will go back.

First visit to Sapphire Nails, I went without a appointment and only had to wait 5 mins. I was very impressed, a professional and quick service, and I love my nails, and even got a 10% off voucher for a pedicure which I will be definitely using.

Absolutely amazing! Lovely atmosphere, polite staff, clean salon, great price. Showed them a pic of what I wanted and turned out even better! I'm so so happy and will definitely be visiting again. Would 100% recommend 👌 perfect service!
