I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I showed a simple design beforehand and was quoted £48 for that. Despite booking in advance, I had to wait a long time. I asked for a coffin shape but got square nails instead. The technician wasn’t confident doing the simple flower design I requested, even though she initially agreed. The appointment took nearly 2.30 hours, and in the end I had to suggest stickers, but even then the finish wasn’t what I wanted. Overall, not worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Been coming here for years, always great service, always pay the same price.. nails last well and never really had any snap off like I have at other places.

Have been here 4 times now, Staff keep changing. Pedicure was good apart from no hygiene with any of the equipment used. Hard skin removal- rubbed so hard it broke the skin and my foot is very painful I would recommend to think twice about using this service

Do not go here. Owner extremely rude and obnoxious. Both my mum and I also picked up a fungal infection on our toenails after a pedicure. Seems very coincidental we both have this following a treatment from this salon. Avoid.

Went in after breaking an acrylic nail. They were quick and very nice. They fixed it up and made sure to get rid of any imperfections the last place left.
Im definitely going back.

I went here today after hearing a recommendation. I was greeted by very friendly staff and was offered a drink, which was lovely. The lady who started my nails, asked how long I wanted my nails and what shape. I said long, she cut them short, I said coffin, they ended up, straight on one side, curved the other. The width on one hand was wider than the other..After one and a half hours, another women took over. She filed and re applied acrylic to the nails and tried to make them look half decent and matched. After two hours, I said I didn't want them finishing there, I would file and finish them, myself at home. I asked if the first women had ever done nails before because they were "awful". She had. I left with unfinished nails, paid £20 and shocked at how bad these nails were. I can't believe this place actually has customers that return and I will never step foot in this place again. Awful !

Love the service and my nails are always done to a perfect standard at belper nails! The staff are lovely and always helpful, been going here for about 6 years and I'd never go anywhere else! I been places in the past that always do chunky nails but Belper Nails always do nails natural and beautiful 😍 ❤️ I have had my feet done in the past too and it's such a treat! Lovely relaxing massage chair!
