Had a pedicure here today. A young guy did it. It was one of the best pedicures I have had. He took his time and did a very good job. He helped me select a colour and was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I have been doing my nails at TK nails for 2 years with no issues , however I do hesitate what happened to me . I went on Monday to get my nails done on, the lady assisting me put lots of gel to make french nails that caused them to bubble. Friday I went back as all they were peeling off . The guy attitude wasn’t pleasant at all , I was so polite in a way that I said sorry for nothing . The guy wanted to try to feel the peeling nails I said no please , cause you remove and add just put plain gel . I could tell he wasn’t happy at all that I felt so scared and I offered to pay . The attitude was so bad . I realised that they don’t care whether you are regular or what . So disappointed

Great service, called day before and was fitted in. Will backfill any nails, you don't have to have had them done there like some salons. Was a short wait to be seen, but lovely nails done then super fast, were finished in no time and they look and feel lovely. Highly recommend 👌 have lots of neutral pinks acrylic to choose from

Walked in today for extensions, french tips. First, older man shoved a plastic paper with all the shapes, without even talking. Afterwards, began filing my nails (quite painful), and half of the time he was focused on his phone. Instead of chipping away some of my cuticle, they ripped it off with their nails.. Some of my nails look wonky, some different length, and when I asked for square, they gave me coffin. Won’t be returning, not worth £40

Booked apt at 3pm… waiting until 3.55pm (still not been seen) before I had to move my car. Said I’d be back in 30s - returned (literally not even 1min later) to find they’d began doing the girls nails who arrived after me for 3.30apt. No apology and cont. to begin the girls nails. I sat and waited another 10minutes, but still were no acknowledgment. Eventually had to leave past 4pm - extremely disappointed with the poor service. Poor time keeping bad manners and acknowledgment - beginning to serve other customers desire me waiting an hour.

Not happy,had toe nails done today. Appointment was for 1 o clock, but young guy was having his dinner.came out at 1.20 pm, seemed moody. Then the end came off file and stabbed me. Filing my nails he cut me. Then cut my nails so short on little toes, you can't see nail varnish. Won't be returning.!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PLACE! RUINED MY NAILS TO THE MAX AND DID NOTHING I ASKED FOR!! I ASKED FOR AN ALMOND SHAPE AND THE PALE PINK COLOUR OF A FRENCH MANICURE. THEY GAVE ME POINTED NAILS LIKE DAMN BIRD TALONS AND THE COLOUR OF PINK PINK PINK CANDYFLOSS. AS IF THAT WASNT BAD ENOUGH THEY DID NOT TIDY CUTICLES OR DEAD SKIN ARPUND THE NAILS, LEFT BIG CLUMPS OF ACRYLIC UNDER THE NAILS AND PAINTED THEM SO THICK WITH AWFUL POLISH THAT THEY LOOK MORE MISSHAPED AND LOOK MORE LIKE STICK ON NAILS. FOR A NAIL SALON THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR AS LONG AS THEY HAVE THIS IS LIKE A DAMN CHILD HAS DONE IT. THEY RUSH YOU IN RUSH THE JOB AND THEN HOLD THEIR HAND OUT WITH A SMILE FOR THEIR MONEY. WHEN I TRIED TO ASK THEM FOR CORRECTION THEY * no speak english* DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LADIES I NOW HAVE TO HAVE THEM COMPLETELY REDONE BY THEY WONDERFUL PLACE ACROSS THE ROAD FRISCO NAILS..

Got my nails done here today. Not happy with the results the acrylics are wonky and uneven. Staff were not concentrating by being on FaceTime with someone and swapping staff to do my nails. The young man there was filing my nails and end up cutting me and trying to hide it by wiping the blood off with a tissue. Not worth the £40!

Asked for gel nails, I’m not sure what they did but they were the worst nails I’ve had; big gloopy mounds of varnish and about 5 of my nails snapped within the day. So I returned after two days, they said it was my fault as my nails are thin! I have really strong nails so assuming they’ve filed down my natural nails too much!

The man was extremely rude, didn’t say a word when I asked him to take the nails off, did my nails so fast he cut my finger, he was extremely rough handed. When done he literally stood up and left into the staff room without saying a word and still tried to charge me to repair the bad job they’d done! Felt sorry for the woman as she as she was lovely and was left asking for payment.
