Firstly I asked if they had an appointment in the afternoon as they close at 7pm but they said if I get there right away I could
Get them done, this was at 4pm. I found out later on I accidentally had gone to the wrong salon as they have very similar names, I had several messages saying I wasted their time. I then explained the situation and they seemed okay with it.
I have then tried to book an infill and I had very rude replies and they even tried to charge me extra then I should be paying, I asked why as the charge didn’t add up to the price list shown on the website and I was told it was because I wasted time last time which I explained and apologised for. They was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would never had expected to be treated by a business this way.

Kindly asked if I could be fitted in for a soak off of my nails and the lady who greeted me had a lovely demeanour and I felt welcomed instantly. I’d previous tried another nail salon and they were a little rude saying they were too busy and asked if could come the following day.
I waited patiently as I understood I didn’t have an appointment but was told 15 minutes and I was seen, I think, sooner.
Overall lovely experience, highly appreciated the staff and they seemed to have lovely banter and relationships with the regulars which was lovely to see as an outsider just visiting for the day!

Oh my nails are perfect, they actually listened to me. And I had actual conversations in there. Such a lovely atmosphere staff and customers. I will be back, can’t believe I have found somewhere I feel comfortable and welcome. 🤗

Decided to treat myself last minute and they got me in with no appointment. I love my nails so much they are stunning I think I’ll have to have them done all the time now. Friendly funny staff who made me and my daughter feel comfortable. Thank you so much xx

I was visiting this Salon with my grandmother for months and seeing the care and courtesy they gave to her I took the plunge and got a Gel set (french) I was sooo chuffed with the quality that Ricky achieved and he made it look effortless and smooth. I really cant recommend his work and in fact the salon highly enough! Ive since been back for toes and 2 more sets.
