I can't recommend Casey & this salon highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Casey made me feel completely at ease. She took genuine time to understand exactly what I wanted - we talked through the colour I wanted (similar to the Schwarzkopf LIVE ColourUltra Violet colour) and any concerns I had. She didn't rush; she listened properly.

The colour result is absolutely stunning. The Ultra Violet is vibrant, rich, and exactly what I'd imagined. But what's impressed me most is how my hair feels afterwards - it's genuinely shiny, soft, and healthy. She uses quality products and knows how to care for hair while colouring it.

The blow dry was the perfect finish. My hair looked and felt amazing when I left.

I've become a regular now - I come back all the time for either a wash and blow dry or root touch-ups, and every single visit is the same standard of care and attention. Casey remembers what I like, she's consistent, and she always makes me feel valued. That's rare. If you're thinking about it, just book. You won't regret it.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Heat, I’ve mainly been for my hair and have Casey as my stylist! She’s amazing, she listens to what I want! I’ve never come out of here disappointed! I’ve also been here for a spray tan and that was also great! Lovely staff :)

Absolutely amazing service and a really nice environment in the salon. Casey was my stylist and had been recommended to me by a friend. She was so helpful and friendly, and went through all the options and prices for my for my cut and style before hand. The service was amazing and she was really patient in understanding how wanted to be able to style my hair at home. I had a full head of hightlights with a wash, restyle cut and blow dry, the price for which was very good. Im so happy with my haircut and I cant recommend this place, and Casey in particular, enough - absolutely Excellent!
