Got my nails done here today and I'm so pleased with them. I had a manicure and gel polish with a snowflake design. Lovely staff who are really good and efficient at what they do. Thank you

i gave one star because i can’t put 0 , this nail salon is the worst in crewe i got my nails done here today and the staff were absolutely awful and rude. no respect , Prices are ridiculous and way to much just for nails with one colour + they are bendy and made me bleed around my cuticle. i asked the man that was doing my nails if he could cut my cuticles he said yes and he only did one finger. Very disappointed never again will i step foot in this salon

Attended as a walk in for a full set of acrylic nails. Had nail extensions placed then made to wait 15 minutes for another person to complete the rest, shape of nails were wonky and the design too. I did inform them my nails were wonky. Were very rough with the filling and buffering pulling at my arm. I also observed other clients nails were not to the customers request. Overly priced. Will not be returning.

Me and my sister had our nails done at the same time by different artists, a gentleman did a beautiful monochrome design for my sister which she got a lot of compliments for and a lady did my stilleto nails back in June 2025.
However upon my 2nd visit (August 2035) a gentleman did my nails (French tip) and he was more careful but very fast and efficient, and even gave a lovely hand massage and cracked my hands for me so I'm rating 5* for his services.
Very clean, welcoming interior.

If I could rate them 0 I would. Literally been using them for the past 3 years even time I go in for my eyebrows they say they don't have time there like 4 people in the shop and they don't have time to put some tint on someone eyebrows for 5 minutes. Will be taking my money else where.

After visited Nails Spa
I am absolutely in love with my nails! They turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the results.The shape is perfect, and they feel strong and well-maintained. I’ve received so many compliments already! The nail technician was also so professional and made sure to give me the exact look I was hoping for. Definitely going back next time!
