I visited today for my eyebrows to be shredded which was 10 pounds cash as they do not except paying by card my eyebrows have been done very uneven as I entered the shop the 2 women were laughing very loud and left the door open,after I left they were laughing so loudly that I turned around to see them spraying a chemical in the shop which has been captured on camera,I was then going to go around the corner to their hair dressers as they also own the hairdressers to get my hair cut but decided not to as the have no respect or manners for the clients and I am unsure why they are spraying chemicals all round the shop which seemed to be unclean I definitely recommend not to use this company

I had my nails done yesterday and I am very pleased with the result. The lady who did my nails was very lovely, patient, and professional. Even though my nails were not in the best condition, she did a beautiful job and worked very carefully and smoothly. She made sure everything looked perfect, and I felt very comfortable during the whole service.I would highly recommend to come in this shop .

I had my hair cut done here and the service was amazing. From washing hair, giving suggestions for hair cut, blow drying and styling it- everything was perfect !!

Amazing eyebrow threading. Beautonic offers amazing face waxing services, such as upper lip waxing, chin waxing, side face wax, eyebrow wax, which is all included within the face waxing service at an affordable price, which lasts for 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend the eyebrow threading 😄. I also like the hair salon as they do a great hair wash and cut. I really liked the way my hair was styled.

2 stars because staff are nice- other than this i went in for a lash lift & tint, and was left very disapointed, my lashes look exactly the same, and i feel i paid 45 pounds for nothing...

The girls at the crewe branch are wonderful i usually have thread and eye brows, last time i was there the girl told me of massage offers. I thought i would treat myself to a facial it was without doubt the BEST facial i have ever had so relaxing and it helped clear up a skin outbreak. Im already planning an Indian head massage next. Would highly recommend these girls not only are they great at what they do but they are also very friendly and welcoming ☺️
