Awful service ruined my partners nails they were sticking up and wonky and tried telling her it was her nail shape??? She went in a day before our holiday and they said they would repair before we go the following day as we were on tight schedule...she went in hours before our flight and was told to leave and that they would not repair and laughed her out of shop humiliating her and then said come back again on Facebook we told them our flight is too soon we had no time... they then decided to post her face and conversation on their Facebook page which is extremely unprofessional and left out all the parts where they were very rude and sarcastic to make themselves look better absolute joke of a business and hope it suffers because of this. AVOID AT ALL COST AND GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS CLIFTON STREET MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!

Really good service, there’s one lady that is really quick and her nail art is gorgeous, I paid £45 for these, with 4 nail art nails

It’s been one day and my nail has came off. My dad paid £40 on acrylics for my and I’m very disappointed that he wasted his hard earned money when all my nails are coming off. It’s a Sunday currently and on Monday we will be coming in and talking to the owners as it’s vile. Hoping for a refund

Good value and service in my local salon. They do walk ins so I tend not to book or rely on timings. Could benefit from a small renovation as it feels a bit dated

I dont usually give bad reviews but i was very unhappy with the results. I asked for pink french tips with pink and white flower design. I showed them a picture and those designs were nothing like the picture. They were nice and offered to redo but i was there for 2 hours and just wanted to go home , they didnt listen to my request when i told them that i wanted a little white in the designs and they chose to put purple. To me it looks like scribbles and messy. They did my french tips nicely but not my flower designs. I would say if you were to go there get plain nails but not designed because from my experience designs are not very good. Hello I left a picture of my pink nails and the inspiration picture
