I’m honestly so happy with my Jalupro treatment at Susan Beauty 😍
Suzan did my treatment, and after just two weeks I could fully see the results on my face. My skin looks so much smoother, brighter, firmer, and more refreshed, and my fine lines and wrinkles have noticeably improved ✨

Everything was done so professionally and carefully, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
Thank you so much Suzan for the beautiful results ❤️

I had a haircut with Paddy, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. She is skilled and experienced.. handled my hair very gently and took proper, precise sections throughout the process. Toward the end, she used a different pair of scissors that gave my hair beautiful, well-defined layers. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a professional and thoughtful stylist!

I had a very disappointing experience at Susan Beauty Salon. I was only 2 minutes late for my appointment after a long, tiring day at work, and they refused to take me, without any flexibility or understanding. I had to go home and rebook, which was incredibly frustrating.

On top of that, I found the staff to be not very polite and welcoming, which made the experience even worse. Also, there was a dog wandering around the salon—while I love animals, I don’t think it’s very hygienic to have a dog in a beauty setting. Overall, I expected better professionalism and customer service. Definitely rethinking whether I’ll return.

Susan’s is the best place for eyebrow threading and microblading. It was recommended by my cousin and now myself, sisters and friends have been going here for 10 years, nowhere else is better.

Friendly, highly professional and skilled. 10/10 every time!

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A WAX. I got a wax here and as soon as I left I had really raised, painful and sore red bumps which I was told would go away. They did not go away and instead turned into ingrown hairs. I got the wax just over a week ago and my skin is still sore to the touch and I have broken out like crazy all over my body. She didn't even wax properly and missed out large patches of hair. The wax was not applied properly and dragged against my skin. This experience left me with so many more ingrowns, painful bumps and body acne. I would not recommend at all - total waste of money (she also overcharged until her mistake was spotted by my mum)
