I came in last Friday and asked for biab as i just get it to strengthen my natural nails and keep length as much as i can as my thumbs and first two finger nails are the first to break at work. I have had biab for years and usually do them myself between appointments but was travelling and strapped for time.

first issue is that the base coat was applied after filing without it being wiped, meaning the debris from filing was set into the base of the biab, which can be seen in the first photos. there were no colors that i liked so i opted to just keep a clear coat, not realising i was going to be seeing the dust left behind.

my fingers were burning whilst being in the lamp which from experience means the lamp is set too high/hot and/or nails have been filed too thin from the E-files which always seems to be a never ending cycle with high street nail shops.

Exactly one week later the biab is peeling and chipped, i can assume that the poor prep can be only part of the reason for this.

I paid £35 for this which is not an expensive biab set by all means, however that £35 is not even having color applied and not even basic prep to be wasted all within a week. Overall wish i had just saved my money and risked breaking the nails

I am not happy with the service at nail art the last time I went there, I was not asked the exact colour i wanted and the nails was not properly done...services rendered was nothing to write home about.

I’ve been a customer of nail art for over 10 years and can say it’s the best nail establishment I’ve been too. Very friendly, accommodates any of my specific requests I cannot fault everything about this place! All Steff members are fabulous but most of all Lee is a great guy!!

Amazing nails!! This salon is called nail art for a reason. I came here after several people had recommended the salon since my normal nail lady couldn’t do the design I requested. I was booked in with the owner Lo. He was polite friendly and laid back. All the staff were kind and talkative the salon had a lovely atmosphere and I enjoyed talking to other clients. My nails are my own natural nails I have overlayed and decorated. I am so pleased with the outcome. The attention to detail is fantastic I’ve been complimented everywhere I have gone since visiting. I highly recommend for natural nails and nail art.

Zero customer service booked in arrived in plenty of time to then to be told we would be waiting atleast a hour as they were clearly taking walk in aswell. Don't take appointments if this is the case its unfair and total waste of people's time.

I just left the salon and I’m not happy with the service, not that they asked.

I wanted to get a pedicure + spa and explained that I wanted my toe nails to be cut down and previous acrylic removed. The previous acrylic wasn’t fully removed, they didn’t trim my cuticles - which I asked for.

Also some constructive feedback - try not to manhandle peoples feet and legs, my legs were tapped and put down aggressively a couple of times which made me uncomfortable and I’m sticking up for myself/ pointing out things that were going wrong I was met with defensiveness and at one point they were talking in another language (maybe not about me) but it felt awkward.

My nails weren’t painted with care and at the end they didn’t dust my feet and my feet were covered in nail dust.

I asked for moisturiser and there was none! They pointed to a tiny pump at the front for hands. I’m not being rude and I understand the economy but having moisturiser available at a nail salon is step one.

The salon was also quite dirty and this should have been a sign for me to leave in the first place, probably won’t visit again. It’s a shame because this is my local salon, I don’t understand why the quality was so low and there was only 1 other customer present it wasn’t like they were busy.

I’ll try again in 6-12 months as I want you to take this feedback and genuinely make steps to improve.
