Google Had a couple of experiences now where i’ve been asked to change appointment times last minute or appointments have been cancelled at very short notice. Turned up to be told they’d tried to call me in the morning to let me know my afternoon appointment was cancelled. no message had been left. Maybe I’ve been very unlucky but these recent experiences have put me off using again due to concern will be let down.

Google Awful experience today. Booking was changed to trainee who didn't know how to do a classic manicure after specifically Booking a nail technician to do my holiday nails. After speaking to someone who i hoped would resolve the issue, it was made worse by no apology or solution but explaining the young girl just out of school didn't know what she was doing and the young man who made my Booking also didn't do it properly. Very upsetting. Dreadful customer service
