After looking for a more personal experience, I started going to Fine and Dandy Nails — and I’ve never looked back! The salon is always clean and welcoming, and Charlie takes real care to perfect my nails every time.

I come in with all sorts of ideas, and she always brings my designs to life beautifully. I visit every 4 weeks for nails, pedicures, brows, and LVL, and I’ve never had a chip, lift, break, or any damage. Even being heavy-handed, I can always rely on my nails to stay flawless for weeks.

I would recommend Charlie and Fine and Dandy Nails 100%! 💅✨

Charlie has been looking after my nails for quite a few months now. She is so creative and talented. I love every appointment and every set of nails. It’s a good dose of pampering. Today, I had summer holiday nails. Absolutely love them. Looking fwd to my next appointment!

Fine & Dandy is absolutely phenomenal! She consistently delivers flawless nail, always taking the time to ensure every detail is perfect which I love. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and creative designs are top-notch. I always leave feeling happy and with nails that are the envy of everyone around me. Highly recommend!

After wanting a treatment that was a bit more personal I started to go to Fine and Dandy Nails and I haven’t looked back. The Salon is clean and tidy and Charlie always takes her time to perfect my nails. I go in with all the ideas and she makes my designs come to life! I go every 4 weeks(ish) and I have NEVER had a nail chip, lift, damage or break. For someone that is heavy handed I trust that her nails will look great for weeks. I would recommend her 100%.

Unfortunately Fine and Dandy nails are what they are not! There is no option for zero stars therefore, unfortunately I had to give one star reluctantly. Not the best experience, chipped nails, gels peeling off. Avoid at all costs! Just my opinion!!!

I love both sets of nails fine and dandy, Charlie, has done for me. I love that she doesn't rush me in and out, offers me a cuppa, some chocolates and natters away with me. It makes the appointment more personal.

We wanted to support this local business however while we were there it was very friendly and the Nails looked OK, the service took an extremely long time!
Once we left some of my friends nails chipped almost instantly and within a day most of mine had chipped and felt like they were not set properly, I even had people shocked looking at my nails asking where I had these done
My friend contacts the salon and requested a refund, we were offered to go back in to have them repaired but quite honestly we do not feel confident in the service and did not have that amount of time to spare again, I am shocked that we were not at the very least offered a part refund on the service we paid for.

I have given one star, as i am unable to give zero stars.
When i arrived at the shop, it seemed friendly and welcoming.
My friend was having her nails done before me.
I noticed that the shop was actually quite dirty, being a small premises, i did think there was no excuse for it, but i gave the benefit of the doubt as it was just after the New Year.
My friends nails took 2.5 hours. I thought very seriously about leaving, but again tried to give the benefit of the doubt.
My nails took a total of nearly 2 hours. They did not seem too bad at the time, although i was advised that the nail tech was worried about one of the nails. She told me to let her know if there were any issues and she would rectify.
When i arrived home, i noticed that two of the nails had already chipped. My friend also advised me that most of her nails had actually chipped also.
I messaged Fine and Dandy Nails to advise what had happened and sent pictures of all the chipped nails.
I had a response to say that she would not give a refund, but she would happily try and rectify. i advised that i was not happy to go back. I did not want to go back to the salon. I just wanted a refund. I was again advised that she would not give a refund, but wanted to work through this, as she understood that this was a her error, and totally understood why we were not happy.
I have now been blocked, so feel there is no choice but to let everyone know what a shoddy business this is.
Avoid at all costs.
