Booked an appointment and had the decency to call ahead to say I’d be late. I arrived and was completely ignored for 20 minutes while staff happily carried on with other clients. Not one person bothered to communicate, apologise, or explain the delay.

Then when I finally stood up to leave after being blatantly disregarded, I was casually asked what time I wanted to reschedule for — as if the issue was mine. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shocking. Staff are rude, disorganised, and clearly have no regard for customers’ time. Absolutely appalling and useless service. I will not be returning!!

You tell a big lie because no one spoke to me regarding me having to wait while you attended to clients. I rang you before I left my house and I have never had to reply to messages regarding attendance a day before, neither does your messages give a response to reply to it.
Please do not tell lies!!!!!!

I have been having my nails done for many years and I have been everywhere in the pursuit of a really good nail technician, I believe anyone can apply nail coatings but to find a place that cares about how it is applied and have attention to detail is RARE!
SO FAR on my 1st vist this place has ticked all those boxes. 🙏🏽
I will return!

I travel 35 miles to have my nails done here always been happy but last twice I have not been happy seem too busy to listen to what I would like really sad today as no-one spoke to me time to fine someone new

Shame as I’d been before and had had a good experience. I went and sat with a man who rushed me along (despite me being early for my appointment) and kept on snapping at me and acting like I was an inconvenience (even though a couple of colours I chose they didn’t have in).
I left half way through and paid them money still which went from £10 to £15. I feel really upset about my treatment and wouldn’t opt to go there again.

Wouldn't recommend. I came in at 4.55pm on a Saturday, to be told that they close very soon at 5pm. When on there website, Facebook and the card that they give you it says 6pm. She also told me I need to book an appointment when last time I got told I don't need to and it says on there card, walk ins welcome.. Just felt like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be coming back sadly.
