Very rude staff, very picky of their customers, horrible atmosphere. They also charge you a further 10% fee of your treatment price if you wish to pay by card. Agreed to do my nails and let me sit there for 20 mins before telling me in front of the shop they no longer wanted to do them. Why waste my time !

If I could put 0 stars, I would!!! I booked me and my mum to go and have our nails done 3 weeks before our appointment, as my birthday treat. On my actual birthday, you want to feel pampered but I didnt even feel welcome let alone pampered. Staff were late opening the salon, I was cut in several places on my skin around my nails, the man doing my nails was rough by pulling my hands around and he was rushing. Bits are missed on my nails (white tips) and they just look awful! My mums nails chipped as soon as she left the salon too. Won’t be returning back here at all.

I have been using this nail salon for 8months or more, never had a problem even left great reviews before as i was seriously impressed.
However, i went in with a voucher and my nails (always get the same) cost me more each time i have used the voucher that was given to me for my birthday.
Came in on saturday just gone the guy was rude and kept pulling on my arms, he was more worried about his nails than mine, cleaning his nails as he went moaning about the fact the gel was two thin yet only put on two layers, he filed my nails down to nothing and cut me several times leaving blood around my nails, he was rough and not like any of the normal guys or gals there and within 40 minutes of leaving the salon and getting home (i only paid and then left, put a seatbelt on and off and unlocked the door) i noticed the gel was already chipped and various nails actually had sections missing. Sadly i was not impressed this time i felt it was rushed once he had seen the voucher.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this nail bar. I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out and politely said so. I was initially told that nothing could be done because it was “too late” and that I would have to pay extra to have them redone, which I felt was unfair as I was unhappy with the original service.

After explaining that I didn’t want to pay more for something I didn’t like, he eventually agreed to redo them. However, instead of correcting the issue properly, all of my nails were removed roughly, causing damage to my nails. I was then told to leave and go elsewhere.

Throughout this situation, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable. His behaviour was humiliating, and what made it worse was that the rest of the staff simply stood by and watched without intervening or offering any support. The way I was treated was extremely unprofessional and upsetting.

To make matters worse, the images they use on Facebook and other social media platforms are not an accurate representation of their work. Many of the nail designs appear to be copied directly from Pinterest rather than actual work done in the salon, which is misleading. Their social media also shows little to no engagement, which further raises concerns about authenticity and quality.

I ended up having to go to another salon to fix the damage, which cost me more time and money. Overall, the customer service was poor, the handling of the situation was unprofessional, and I left with damaged nails and a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place.
