Got the £10 nail polish and the board clearly states + £5 for shellac removal.
They charged me £17 and didn’t give me back my change. When I pointed out that that wasn’t what the board said and asked for the change, they wouldn’t hear it and the manager refused to even look me in the eye. Felt bad for the woman as she said it was his decision. Dishonest and I wouldn’t go back.
My nails are also super bubbly.
Have always had a positive experience at Vince nails and spa so will continue to go there going forwards.

This salon really disappointed me. The shop is not clean, and the tools they use are not sanitized. The nail polish was done poorly—uneven and not fully covering the nails. They didn’t clean or prep my nails properly, and they didn’t fix or refine anything at the end. The top coat was applied sloppily and got all over the skin.

I had my nails done recently by a young lad. In and out in 20 minutes. 3 days later nails started breaking and nail polish chipped off. Went to complain and had them re -done. In and out in 10 minutes Same thing happening again. I will NOT be returning

Absolutely awful service. Was sat down to start my nails when three other customers walked in. The lady chatted to them for ages then started another person's nails who had just walked in! Manager is always very grumpy and rude. I asked when I would be seen and they all ignored and ket me walk out. Have been going for three years so that's how they treat their customers!!! Do not bother as not enough staff clearly.

Very bad. He did it to a boy who looked small and inexperienced. He used a file to thin out all my nails to remove the old polish, after which they started breaking. It was so bad I couldn't even cook or anything. And the polishes are obviously very poor quality because my nails were even bending. Then I went to another one and the difference is huge. I am very disappointed.

Really disappointed with the level of precision. Painted over cuticles that weren’t cut properly even though paid for full manicure. A mess really.
