I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. I asked for a soft floral design, and the result exceeded my expectations — delicate, elegant, and beautifully hand-painted.

The salon was clean, relaxing, and well-organized, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. They took their time to make sure each nail was perfect, and the quality of the work really shows. My nails look natural, classy, and last very well without chipping.

I’m extremely happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nail art and excellent customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

I started having acrylics last July, then once they got long enough I was recommended to have Biab. They have been so strong and the longest I’ve ever had my nails! Today I had my first full removal and my nails looked good underneath I was so happy and then a lovely new spring look which is fab! The staff really looked after my nails well, thank you for such great service 💅 🩷

What a fantastic experience!!
£31 for an infill, plus a free gift as it’s Christmas. The ladies were very friendly, and the tools used came fresh out of the sterilised packet.
Not the cleanest, but definitely cleaner than the salons on Burleigh street.
They do bank transfer or cash.
Will be returning xx

Lovely people but unfortunately terrible experience. The acetone smell throughout the place was so strong it gave me a headache, the stations were filthy and covered with nail dust, and the tools were not sterilised and just kept in their pockets. They over filed the surface of my nails and over trimmed my cuticles even though I repeatedly asked them not to.

Not happy with the service I received from this nails salon and won't be back. I asked for an infill, but did specifically say if I needed a full set then do let me know. I also asked for the same base colour (normally salons have different pink tones for French tips) she proceeded to infill my nails and I realised the base colour she was applying wasn't the same colour as the one I had on meaning they looked like 2 different base colours on my nails, I said they look completely different and need them rectified or taken off and new set. She continued to keep applying the base colour that wasn't the same and it wasn't until after she done the infill she asked if I wanted new set. Instead of a new set, I had my nails filed down and infill redone so the base colour looked the same. Then then told me to pay for new set which is cheeky when they didn't even give me a new set, it wasn't until I questioned this that they changed it to the price of an infill.

What kind of professional nail tech infills with a completely different base colour!? And even though I complained about it as soon as I noticed, they still try and charge me for a full set and it wasn't my wrong doing!

I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new set of BIAB nails — they’re perfect for my holidays! Hang is incredible at nail art; genuinely the BEST I’ve ever had, and I’ve had my nails done all over the country. Her attention to detail is absolutely amazing — I always leave so happy with the result and I always think my nails are better than the design in the pictures I show her!!

The customer service here is great too. Once they get to know you, everyone is super kind, friendly and welcoming. I’ve had my nails done with Hong before too, she is always so cheerful and smiling whenever I see her, which makes the whole experience even better.

I’ve been coming here on and off for the past two years, and they just keep getting better! They’ve also recently replaced all their nail varnishes, and the colour range is gorgeous — so many lovely shades and different textures/styles to choose from.

I think the salon has improved in many ways — the two new ladies (one of them wears a scarf, not sure of their names) who help out with maintenance, organising and taking nails off are also super helpful and friendly.

The only feedback I have is that I wish their pricing structure was a bit clearer and visible in the salon and the decor of the salon could do with updating.

For example, some of the chair legs, tables, the flooring, and the sink area needs more attention or just needs replacing all together. The sofa we wait on are also not particularly nice.

It would be great if they offered complimentary drinks like tea or water as well, as a lot of other nail salons do this for customers who have to be there 2+ hours sometimes.

If they made those few changes, I honestly think this could be the perfect salon… 🤩🥰

I started using the salon very recently upon friend recommendation.
I cannot thank my friend enough for making me come here.
3 weeks ago I’ve had my first set done and on Wednesday I’ve got infills.
Today I returned because had chipped one of my nails.
Got such a warm welcome and the manager quickly fixed my nail with no additional cost.
Cannot believe how quick and efficient they work with an amazing results.

I had been coming here on occasions over the years since it first opened, but for the last few months I have come regularly for acrylics/infills. I have never been 100% happy with the service but feel this is quite standard for these kind of nail bars. However, the last couple of times I have been, there is new staff who seem to have no nail experience and learning as they go. The manager was explaining to a newer staff member today what she wanted her to do to clients as if she didn’t trust her, telling her to only take the top coat off and ‘not make the nails red’. This made me feel really uncomfortable, especially as a full paying customer. The whole situation was awkward but I was soon pushed over to someone else when they were free. The young man who did my infills was in SUCH a rush, he filed my finger tips and cuticles so many times and it was incredibly uncomfortable. He actually caught my little finger with the nail drill so hard I had to pull my hand away and point out that it was my finger tip! He barely acknowledged that and the rest of the appointment was tense.

Nobody could locate the correct colour for my infill but I was so ready to leave that I just accepted the wrong one and let him get on with it. He made me feel like this was my fault and that I should take a picture of it next time, despite the fact I have had the same coloured acrylic now for at least 6 months! The colour match is similar but you can see where he has infilled them and not dragged the product to the end of the nail. The salon is dirty and tired looking, nothing ever looks clean even at the beginning of the day, tools not sanitised between clients which is especially worrying if staff are rushing and breaking skin. I’m really not happy and won’t be returning any more, the owner
should be embarrassed.
