Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every time I asked for something there would always be an issue and the lady cannot do it for whatever reason. At my appointment yesterday after being told awful news that my grandfather had passed away I was looking forward to getting my nails done as a distraction and she just ended up making my day even worse. She asked me what I would like and I show her a picture and she lists many reasons why she cannot do this (it was a very simple French ombré) she does this every appointment and normally I just agree with whatever she says but this time I questioned why she cannot do it and she says my nails are too big along with other things. Eventually I tell her to do what I had last time, she proceeds to huff and puff like a child then lies to me that she does not have the equipment needed to do my nails - no offer to reschedule the appointment or anything. Wasted my time coming into the appointment. Will never go here again.
