Had a bikini wax there the wax was so hot l had blisters owner offered me a bottle of wine as a good gesture so one star is pushing it. Never again 😒

First time having a Hollywood and Full leg today with Paula. She was very warm and welcoming and made me feel very at ease. A super lovely lady and I felt very comfortable having the treatments. She has lots of experience and you can definitely tell and see by the results of my waxing.Her treatment room was clean,warm and welcoming. Think I’ve finally found my waxer in Wales. Thank you Paula :)

Ive had a few things done, never been disappointed.
Eyebrow wax. Lip/chin wax. Eyelashes. Tanning. (tan is amazing and lasts a long time). And recently I've had the summer glow facial for the 1st time ever. and oh my god, I never ever felt so fresh clean and amazing skin afterwards, it was just amazing done by Chantelle which was excellent with me. Made me feel comfortable and done a fab job with my face. And give me great advice going forward with my skin. I can't fault you all girls well done keep up the good work 😁😁😁😁😁

I've been going to Monroes to get my eyebrows done for years and they're the only place I trust with my eyebrows! After having bad experiences in other places, I know no matter who is working here will always do a good job and I've never come out disappointed. They're well priced and the staff are all lovely. The only thing that let's me down is that I prefer threading and there are often times where they don't have a staff member there who is trained to do it for several months so I sometimes have to switch to waxing
