Joana did my first BIAB nails. She was very friendly and explained how I could book infills at a later date, and how to maintain my nails best. I chose a neutral sparkle colour which means the grow out is hardly noticeable. They have lasted perfectly, these are 3 weeks in now and there are no chips, breakage or peeling. My natural nails broke and peeled before, but the BIAB has helped them grow to the longest and strongest they've ever been. I've booked back for an infill as I am so happy with my nails. Thanks Jo x

Joana is lovely and so skilled! I came in with ideas but not really knowing what I wanted, she talked me through and gave suggestions but ultimately left the decision on colours and design to me!
She was so easy to get along with too!

Absolutely love my nails, been coming to Joana for a few months now and absolutely love her. My nails are in the best condition they’ve been in years. Couldn’t recommend more!

I love every appointment! I know my nails will be just as I like them. Joana pays attention to detail and the room is immaculate and welcoming. Highly recommend! 10/10 worth the journey from Cardiff with the train stopping right outside.
